It sure beats having to top up at 711 joints- but you need a Chinese bank really to pay into the octopus wallet before topping up octopus cards. Cumbersome to set up, but it's secure and convenient when ready.

After the last update of version 7.5, I can't transfer funds from my mobile Sim to O ePay. It worked before, now it says I need to register the mobile Sim by tapping on my NFC. Sim card is not an RF card, how the hell can it detect?

Omg this is so convenient I dnt have to go to 7eleven anymore when I urgent to add credit just transfer from bank to octopus app and then transfer back to the card at first I dnt know how to use this app and I even can't tap to the card reader on the bus was confused finally I got it transfer to the card thank u dev 🙏🙏🙏

All other bank apps will alert you what to uninstall, or let you use at own risk. It's inconceivable and ridiculous that this stupid Octopus app doesn't function unless all apps are from Google Play. STUPID, RIDICULOUS

Very bad! A recent update caused the app to not work saying it cannot access Google Service which makes no sense since it was working perfectly fine for over a year and other Google apps worked fine as well

Pls includes tourist octopus for travelers, there's no tourist octopus in Google play, only app store and Huawei app gallery have tourist version

I was unable to change phone number before, and I'm not using this number anymore. Now the only way to log in to octopus wallet is sms otp. No email method or any other way
