My first experience using HOME was very pleased. Pak Wahyu did an excellent job. All clean and keen, he did all the work on time. The customer service was very helpful. If I may give advice for the app, I wish the app has the notification alert as reminder for customer to know that the time almost finish, or the customer wants to add the service. Thank you.

First time user & surely be my LAST. Cleaned my bathroom floor without being told to & used chemical that wasn't meant for cleaning floor. STAINED my floor big time, but they refused to take responsibility for the damages & hide behind "NO TOOLS SERVICE". It's clearly stated on the T&C that "HOME is hereby released and discharged from all forms of compensation for such damage, unless it can be proven that the damage was an error or negligence of HOME". Now I have to live with my STAINED floor

My first and last order. Book a 2 and a half hour cleaning but one of the staff late for a half hour and the other doesn't clean properly.

Very bad customer service. I already have regular 2x weekly service for 3 months. Suddenly they said that my usual cleaner cannot do monday and friday 9 am, but can only make it 2 pm. I don't want to change cleaner as she is not afraid of my dogs. The staf never told me that she has a problem and even said see you next Monday to my dog. So they somewhat overbook her for someone else. The CS even told me either I change schedule or change staf. So unprofessional. Might cancel my subs.
