For initial setup, make sure the device is turned off but IS CONNECTED to the charging station. Then follow instructions as it says and turn it on. When it asks you to hold the button for 3 seconds.....READ INSTRUCTIONS...it tells you to continue to hold. I had no issues after connecting it to the charger base and fully following all instructions. K2. I strongly suggest for you to set up a guest Wi-Fi and not use your main or admin Wi-Fi for this sort of things. Easy to do, just search the web.

I love this app and the product. I love that I could be out for the day or away, and I can turn on my vacuum from anywhere I am. The app is easy to use and very helpful.

App is a piece of you know what, but the vacuum works find without it...if you're home to turn it on manually or with remote. Does not connect Wi-Fi, Bluetooth ects. Save yourself the time and frustration. Do NOT install this app.

It's a rebranded and less useful Smart Life app. Just get that one instead. Was only able to connect to Amazon/Alexa that way.

The most stupid application. Not enough details, very frustrating, is a waste of time. I want to program my robot vacuum to follows a schedule, but is no way to do it. This application is useless 😒
