★★☆☆☆ Worst service. Unnecessarily making people pay double fare. I booked a bike ride, but the driver denied and said that he can't come for pickup because it is 15 minutes away from location while in app it shows only three minutes away, so I cancelled that ride after that I booked a ride from an uber. Yesterday I booked a cab, in application the fare was showing b/w 250 to 400 but after reaching the location the fare was 500, in return we booked an uber cab and paid 239 only Worst service.

★★☆☆☆ Worst possible service ever. I ordered food and some other delivery man took my order not the one assigned by ola. And ola customer care is useless. No way to contact them. Restaurant refused to give me another order. I lost my money and can't even complain to ola. On top of that while taking cab by ola one day ola app suddenly stopped working and didn't show OTP or anything for driver. But on cab drivers phone my ID was showing. I couldn't book as I didn't have OTP and had to pay extra offline.
