★★★★★ The B1015 Wi-Fi card is required to be installed to allow control via this app. Having had this done, the app performs well in giving full control of the aircon remotely over the internet. Very pleased.

★★☆☆☆ I managed to pair using an old Samsung tablet running Android 8. Once paired, if the tablet doesn't have Bluetooth turned on, it tries to use Wi-Fi. If it isn't on the same Wi-Fi network (SSID) as the air con unit, it uses the cloud. All good. HOWEVER, the air con has huge problems trying to pair with Samsung and Huawei phones running Android 9 and Android 10. Mostly it loses the Bluetooth connection before set-up is complete. If you do manage to pair, you are still out of luck. If the phone's Bluetooth is turned off, the app won't start. It doesn't move to Wi-Fi or the cloud. This appears to be an Android permissions problem. The whole point of the Wi-Fi card ($$$) is that you can connect when you are outside the home (e.g. I will be home in 15 minutes, start the air con now). It is complete FAILURE as it only works when you are standing next to the air con unit, when you could use the regular remote control.
