★★★★★ Well the redesign has a lot more of the "Elisa feel" to it. We now get more than just an itemization of our calls, texts and a place to view our invoices. Advertising is put front and center but behind all of that and a bit buried away are the features that we actually need. EU data usage, call and text information, the ability to change our blocks/settings and so on. There's definitely more features here than there was and some are very welcome additions. I just with it had less marketing.

★★★★★ First of all I will just say that the customer service has been awesome for all the years and all The Times I've talked with them. The app- It's worked well for me and shows lots of details for the usage and bills. It's just missing the message to elisa feature on my android Galaxy S10. Edit: I found that it is available when set to the native language of finnish. My finnish isn't totally fluent, so I usually had it set to English, and the feature is missing when the language is english. 🎑

★★☆☆☆ Errors: "session expired". It does not work. I try to log in with my saunalahti account, but it does not go through.

★★☆☆☆ Why not possible, to use it with prepaid. You can create authorization by email for none finnish customers.

★★☆☆☆ I don't know why you removed the itemized invoice from the app and added a 24-hour delay to receive a generic PDF, but it's not for our benefit. It's actually a huge reason I've been using Elisa. I'll switch to another company as soon as I'm out of your contracts.

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't remember cookies settings even when painstakingly selecting the functional cookies. Logging in with bank credentials gives unreported error, that's it.
