★★★★★ Great app for parcel tracking. It has always worked well for me and I like the simple design. The only improvement I'd like is a "dark mode" option. The bright whiteness blinds me.

★★★★★ I almost never leave an app review, but in this case I didn't find another way of app feedback, so I hope the developers see this! So here it goes: After the update the QR code isn't shown properly (it is just a white - unusable - square), and I believe that the reason behind this is that I use a dark theme on my phone and the app doesn't support it. I hope you can fix this soon! Thank you 😊

★★★★★ I've tried to pay my bill through the app, but it didn't work. One of mine packages was displayed as waiting for shipping, but it was actually delivered. Everything else works just fine.

★★☆☆☆ Rarely need the app and every time I need it I need to reset my password because I can't remember it. Would be nice to be able to log in faster. Would be even faster to log in with bank credentials, but that doesn't seem to be possible for some reason.

★★☆☆☆ This is totally dysfunctional. It took forever to get the app open and signed in. Sending a package to the US was so pourly designed that every step of the way I needed to google what to do. It asked in Finnish what you are sending for the customs declaration. I answered in Finnish and the print-out clearly said that it should be in english. No instructions on what to do with the customs declaration. I went to the local kiosk and could not access a locker there. It just did not work. Other did
