I would give this a five-star, but I am not as I do not receive a notice of alert if the alarm goes off. My partner does, I have checked all my settings, and notifications are enabled. I don't know if there is something I'm missing IDK.

Wow paid for itself already. Wife saw a video on cleaning washer trap well she didn't close tightly and started it just before she left. A few miles down the road the water sensor went off and sent it to our phones. I was able to come home and there was water pooling on the floor about ½ inch deep already. Would have hated to see what could have happened. The water sensors are very sensitive. The heat sensors are too blow-drying your wet hair can set them off, but a little stove smoke won't!

Annoying piece of technology, keeps beeping for no reason esp in the middle of the night. When it beeps, we check where and there's literally nothing, even when checking the app there's nothing wrong in that area🤦♂️🤦♂️

Worthless rip-off by scam artists. $300 a sensor for what amounts to a $50-75 device at best. Reps are high pressure sales pitchers, "techs" clueless. Found out my comm link died - discovered it after SIX WEEKS. Zero notifications it was offline. If there was an event while we were away, would've never known. For what this system cost, I could install a complete security system that monitors everything RELIABLY Comm link DC adapter shorted out, got very hot . Made in China. Scammers

Won't configure to Wi-Fi. Was connected for about a week, then the internet went out, and the app won't set up the Wi-Fi for the comm link again after that.
