I funded my wallet with $150 using bank transfer. It showed transaction completed, but my card balance was not updated. I contacted the customer care, and I was told to fund my account again. Imagine that! How will I fund my account again when the first transaction did not go through? Tell me! This is my first time using this app. So poor!

These people are thieves! I recently had to delete and make new cards up to three times with them in order for them to fix the name error on my card. You can imagine that? You, a customer being charged new fees for their errors and stll the error remains! And my Amazon account is now locked. Then out of nowhere on the current new card, I have been charged $12 for negative balance regularization. New card that only received funding! Now they cannot explain. Incompetence and theft! Use Grey.co.

Bad customer service experience, made a deposit of 10USDT into my onboard wallet to test, and I haven't received same since 8th August, without any tangible explanation even after reaching out to the customer support severally. I have provided all evidence in app and I have been left unattended since Friday 16th August

The ID verification system is very poor. I initially used my NIN, but the verification was rejected. Then, I tried to use my passport, but whenever I select "passport" as a verification document, it redirects me back to the failed page without even allowing me to scan my passport.
