Problem with sync. I am using this app for backup my apps 'backup' files. Many of the apps backup files saved in Android Data Folder. Nowadays, this app cannot find that folder. App error message shows the specific folder does not exist. I tried manually back up the application and it works. That means the folder is existed. My phone is Samsung S23, Android 14 UI 6.0. Please provide a solution for this issue.

Seems to work as described, but it seems ludicrous that Microsoft didn't incorporate this feature into OneDrive. Update December 2024: This app is no longer reliable and has been for quite some time. Google/Android has interfered with its folder access abilities.

It recently started reporting that it deleting files. No option to turn off deleting or giving me the option to keep it delete or why it's deleting. Sent support an email over a week ago. No response or even a received you concern a will get back. That could be even be automated, but no not even that.

Any folder to any folder, enough said, now buy it NOW!!! Update - real-time sync chews battery life and scheduled is still more drain than any other app. With this installed and using either of those options, I had to go from needing a charge once per three to four days (s24 ultra) to every day with real-time or every other day with schedule. That was with little to no use otherwise to test, actually using your phone too will make that worse. I still use this, but manual sync only.
