★★★★★ This is a great way to check on your rent and report anything that is broken or not working right in your apartment.

★★★★★ I have had no problems with my rent coming out. They do direct draw from my account. Yes there is a charge but look at the gas you would spend to go to Bank. I have lived at the Ridges for 4 years now. Never had any problems. Love David the property manager. He is a very nice person. He will help you with anything you need. Love my apartment. Very happy to have found this place.

★★☆☆☆ Password reset landing page is 404. Roommate cannot access account to pay rent. They got logged out of the app and their password won't work, and it cannot be reset.

★★☆☆☆ It just shows a blank screen. Can't pay rent or put in maintenance issue with a blank screen

★★☆☆☆ App sucks. Why? Because the landlord forced it on us, and they want to charge a fee every month no matter how you pay yet no mention of that in the lease. Hell this app wasn't even a thing when I moved in. 🗑️ garbage. A yr later still charging me $2.50 to pay rent even though landlords have the option of paying it at $1.00 a month per unit! I'm considering suing app folio now.
