Over half of the online transactions unsuccessful. You do try to recharge or add a plan online, and it doesn't work at all most of the time. And it's very had to get in touch with their live agents who mostly have no idea to help u out with. Boredom has always tried to deduct the amount and later say "that option is now unavailable" . But I will give a 4 star for their options to check the amount of talk time and data left to use.

Worst experience using Boredom, I didn't receive financial and other otp sms and the customer service agents kept insisting it my phones fault. I had to get a new IPhone unnecessarily because of their inability to fix the issue and still it didn't work. Finally ported out to another service provider, and immediately I started getting the sms. Boredom has to improve its ability to do Root Cause Analysis properly.
