Does not work well. Lots of glitches and would not let me lock my bike. Keeps charging me because it says I have the bike which I do not. Could not reach customer service for help. Will not use again.

You cannot even enter a german number, since the form does not accept that long numbers. After using a different number from a different country, I could not unlock the bike even though it was appearing as available. I then tried another bike, and it unlocked directly, but it was out of battery. That was the biggest waste of time and the company is a joke. Better walk or find another company to rent a bike from. I can recommend it only to my enemies as a prank.
