Ok so some of the negatives I get it, but they just updated the app to 1.0.4 this worked great for me not one issue setup new account added 3 bank accounts from 2 different banks added my wife as co-user added my daughter as beneficiary super easy. My only grip is you can't name your other accounts, so you have to now the account number when moving money. As far as customer service when I called I got a woman who live in Rhode Island very nice and answered my questions before I joined.

Just thought I would throw in that the app worked as promised for me after setting up an account on my laptop. I understand others are reviewing that it does not work, but everything works smoothly on my end so far.

Just open an account and transfer funds to the new Open Bank account, but I can't sign in to the account at all. The "Continue" link is not working. I'm going to wait until the transfer is processed and will try again. I just spoke with Open Bank tech Wilfred, and he helped me fix all issues that I had. Thanks

I am extremely unhappy with this app. It is impossible to log in. Now, I am unable to access my account and money. Customer service has been useless so far. As soon as I am able to access my account, I am closing it. I do not recommend this app or bank.

Opened new online savings account today & installed the Open bank app, like website said, but once my ID & password entered in mobile app, it will not let me access my account on my mobile device & I have biometrics already set up on my mobile device. Good thing I didn't transfer my money into the new account, as I would not be able to access it. I am beginning to think either scam or terrible mobile app.
