App is a little buggy, but it works just fine. All those people saying they bought the lights for nothing, because the app doesn't work? They're dead wrong. Upon installing the app, every time I tried to use it, it would force crash, yes. I was confused for a moment, but you need to download the app. Then go to your settings, and allow all permissions required for the app. Once you allow all permissions, the app works just as intended. They need to fix this bug, yes. Otherwise, it's perfect.

UPDATE: Most reviews have same complained as me saying there are only 2 Functions on the app working. Well I contacted OPT 7 and customer service was quick to respond. Most of you probably doing same thing I was hitting the arrow to switch modes, well don't use arrows it's a slide bar. Now all the options are there. So changing my review Paying extra money to get the blue tooth control is worthless. It only has 2 functions on the app, solid and sound. The regular remote has a lot more options

Buggy software + Not impressive functions. For an $80 interior light kit, the lighting hardware is all perfect, but the app controlling the lights are very limited on light functions. You either get a solid color or a rainbow music sync. I was disappointed when I couldn't just have colors simply fade between. Lastly I use a Galaxy 21+ Ultra and connecting with Bluetooth is flakey and sometimes won't show the light hardware, even though the controller is stored under the driver dash.

This needs a lot of improvement it takes slow and long to connect the old app work 10x times better
