One of the easiest health related app I use. Easy to order my prescription.

This app is completely pointless. Every time I try to complete an order with it tells me it cannot be completed, and I am forced to call the number to complete the order. Optum doesn't seem to care. If I could fill this prescription ANYWHERE else, I would, but unfortunately, that's not an option for me. EXTREMELY inconvenient. Word to the wise. If you don't need to use Optum Specialty Pharmacy, don't. Use ANY other service, but not them.

After signing in, I'm stuck on the page to set up a prescription.... I do not have any prescriptions at the moment. I just want to access my account.

I cannot place an app icon on my homepage. I have to go to your message with website in it. Also back arrow does not get me to the previous page

Lacking proper customer support. The system received my Enbrel prescription. I placed the order and get a delivery date. Delivery day, no delivery. 2 days pass and I placed order again and receive a date. On delivery day nothing delivered. The day after I get text message; order is on hold for an authorization, and they will contact my doctor and insurance. 5 days after text message. I call, and they have not contacted my doctor only offer a number, so I can do their job. *I do not recommend
