After Optic website crashed, I was directed to this app. This app is very messy and crashed on me several times. A care rep got me in by going back to the website and bypassing the app. The purpose was to use virtual care to save time and money. I don't think either goal was accomplished. 00PM Not ready for prime time compared to any virtual care I've used.

Don't download because it'll just tell you the app is no longer supported and direct you to the website 🤣

Does not pull in data from UHC apps. I have an optum bank hsa. This app. Cant integrate all optum/uhc data?

Worthless app and trash company. Tried to join virtual appointment on my phone browser, got a message to use Chrome (clearly inconveniencing customers through private contracts already), on chrome I only see a loading screen for over 5 minutes until my doctor calls and asks where I am. I downloaded this app first to try and join but all this app does is take you to a browser to sign in and view your profile. Call tech support and all they do is blame my phone.
