★★★★★ I've had issues with trying to make purchases online from non-CVS Stores that show they accept OTC network. I will get an error message that I entered the wrong 3-digit security code. The problem is there is NO CODE printed on the Card. I have called customer service, but they could not help. I canceled and went in person with NO ISSUES. Other than that problem, I can't complain too much. I mean come on. . It's free. I'm not so innocent that I don't know there is an indirect cost. Thank you, UAW!!
★★☆☆☆ Useless waste of time - glitchy app has no scan option - no way to tell what may be covered until you get to the cash register. Hopefully you won't have to raid your wallet for cash or put items back! After 3 months and they're STILL working on it? No, thanks, I'll use what works, and it's not this app! I took the advice of another who suggested the OTC NETWORK app (look for a blue and orange stripe). The OTC NETWORK works like it should, great! It's fast, smooth, and scans UPC codes too!
★★☆☆☆ Worst app ever. Can't scan products and half the time the app crashes. Products that used to be covered are not covered anymore. A lot of the stores they say uses it doesn't you can't use it at all basically. Going to delete the app and forget using the card forevermore. Not worth it. Ever since Aetna combined with CVS it has become a very unreliable company. Will be looking into switching insurance companies. Can't recommend and won't recommend Aetna to anyone else.
