★★★★★ My son is 3 with autism, and he would never sit down more than 5 minutes to pay attention to anything!! Otsimo grabbed his attention in the most positive way possible.

★★☆☆☆ Charged me 176 dollars adter I canceled the free trial. Google refuses to issue a refund instead telling me to contact the developer. Contacting the developer results in an automated email telling me to request the refund I am eligible for from Google. Contacted support and was immediately told to contact google, google tells me to contact otsimo. This is disgusting.

★★☆☆☆ DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!! BEWARE!!!!! I installed yesterday and signed up for the free trial.... well the free trial doesn’t exist in their book, as they charged my account right away 100 dollars. I reached out to Google who informed me that it’s up to the app to provide me the refund. I reached out to the app, and they are telling me that is up to Google. The only difference is, every time I have issues with app and refunds, Google refunds me right away when they are allowed to, which means I know the developer is not being forthcoming, as they were not with the 7-day trial. This is a disrespect with the consumer and with the special needs community, specifically during a time like this. We are in a pandemic and tons of parent are suffering financially, and for them to refuse to provide your refund it’s beyond disappointing. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!!! UPDATE-then they write on your review the same generic email to all. “ I want to fix it” people don’t be fool. They have your email. You have my email, as you said the same thing and then tried to tell me that maybe I used the free trial before, even though I never used your app before. People report their practices to Google, so they can remove their platform from Google play so other special needs parents dot go through it. Also make a complaint to your bank, they will investigate. The more complaint the better.
