★★★★★ This application is well detailed about Otto cast company products and support services and sales items. I saw most of their products in the application, and the support part of the application is also well written. I noticed that some of the company new 2023 device are not included on the application, and they are not available in Amazon USA. It will be great if outcast PICASSO 2 pro and the remote control are made available in Amazon USA for customers in the United States of America.

★★☆☆☆ Bought Otto cast Play2Video. Premium Price paid. Product is not working. Every time need to unplug and re plug have contacted customer service for like 1 month but still not fixed, and they keep on sending emails with silly questions to annoy customer. I reported issue the next day i receive this product.

★★☆☆☆ Can't register, can't add device to firmware update. 3 Xiaomi phones. On a Samsung Phone registration was successful (tap to send code is working) But OttoscreenMax is not in the app, so no possibility to manage or upgrade firmware of unusable OttoscreenMax ....
