★★★★★ Love the Dragon Touch frame - great way to see many memories. As for the app: it works as expected. Managing different frames is also easy. However, I wish it could do 3 additional things: 1) wish we didn't have to upload videos and photos separately. 2) be able to edit (crop, rotate) before uploading 3) it would be nice to be able to see what is on the frames via the app, and be able to manage (delete) photos from the app. Thank you!

★★☆☆☆ I loved this at first, but now I can't log back into it at all after getting a new phone 😒 because it will not let me press forgot password. It goes to a screen where it should AFTER it send a code to your email...it doesn't give me the option beforehand! And before I switched phones it would NOT send photos to the frame! Wish I could get my money back
