★★★★★ I like the cropped business card we discussed for a logo, but I do not see it online.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible, the WORST ever! I have repeatedly emailed Outbound engine that I want to cancel this service. The day before launching a new campain, I demanded that my service STOP, I told Outbound... Do Not Launch!! They did it ANYWAY! My requests to Cancel are COMPLETELY IGNORED! I paid for one year up front and Outbound still charged me monthly! Nothing came from using OUTBOUND ENGINE!! Absolutely Nothing. Total waste of money!

★★☆☆☆ Don't waste your money. I've been using Outbound Engine for my social media management 3 months now, and it's been a joke. They cannot seem to convert clicks into actual appointments and at this point I'd have been better off-putting my money into the stock market over doing business with these people.

★★☆☆☆ Sales call demo and actual product are not the same. Customer service can be hostile but are usually non-responsive.
