★★★★★ Amazing workouts! So much variety. Between PJs fantastic workouts, some requiring no equipment (don't be fooled, they are still challenging), to the other instructors on the app, I get total body (and mind) fitness.

★★★★★ I started working out with PJ during the pandemic when my gym closed. Now that I have this app I am not planning to return to my gym. I love her strength workouts - they are challenging but geared for those of us over 50. Two great things have happened since I started her workouts - my core is stronger, and I have fewer injuries doing other activities. With the app I also have access to other instructors for Pilates, Barre, Yoga and Meditation. I loved adding Pilates and Barre back into my workout routine. You don't have to plan your workout schedule - there are challenges and monthly workout calendars to keep you on track. Highly recommended!
