★★★★★ I have found Excise to be a tremendous help in alleviating the symptoms of COPD and asthma. In addition, the diaphragmatic breathing helps to reduce the swelling and inflammation in my torso and legs caused by Lipoma, a rare, incurable disease that responds well to deep breathing, stretching and massage. I love Excise as the best way to start and finish every day.

★★★★★ Totally worth it. I'm super morbidly obese and have a bad back and lung issues the 'Easy does it' series is really helping me. I feel the difference it's only been two weeks. Thanks, Jill and everyone at Excise team.

★★☆☆☆ It kills me to give this such a low rating because I'm a big fan of Excise, and it actually works when you stick to it, but I can't justify the high monthly fee when you can buy one of their DVDs for about the same. I already own most of them and I recommend them to everyone, but this just doesn't work in the business model of a pay subscription streaming service. Not worth the money. Plus, there's really no special features or anything. Check out a DVD or the book Jill wrote. It has everything.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to stream many of the videos on any device. All I get is an error message. I asked for my subscription fee refund since I'm not getting what I paid for but no response 😔 Will dispute the charge with my card issuer.
