★★☆☆☆ Worst service, my experience was very bad with oyo, inspire of booking room 15 days in advance when I reached the location, the hotel denied check in and asked me to go elsewhere when contacted oyo they weren't helpful either due to last moment booking I had to pay 6000 for a room worth 1500. When complained oyo via mail they refunded the advance but who will compensate my Emotional distress and anxiety Financial losses beyond the initial booking Inconvenience and discomfort caused to my family

★★☆☆☆ They're running a scam tied up with hotels. I was denied check-in at a hotel named Ritesh O Grand in Hyderabad. The receptionist said we don't take bookings from OYO. I tried to call OYO customer service but no one picked up the call. I came from Airport it was quite hot outside, so I took the room by paying extra and after asking the bill he said you'll get a message after you check out. I tried to complain about the same, but OYO didn't do anything they kept me in a loop and denied the refund.
