★★★★★ It is a great app for resolving issues like hesco and SGC and many other company's but I have suggestions that you should add an option to download the attachment file, like when the bill complaint is resolved, and they send the solved bill file, I can't download it and save it on mobile phone and for that reason I cant get a high quality printed bill because I have to screenshot of that attached file, so kindly look into that feature ☺️
★★★★★ "The Citizen Portal is an excellent service. I have lodged several complaints so far, and immediate action has been taken on each one. I pay tribute to the government and the portal administration for their swift response
★★☆☆☆ App is very good, but complaints are closed without being resolved. After negative feedback an automatic system of reopening the complaint may be launched in which the concerned authority is to resolve the highlighted issues. The reply of complaints is very irrelevant. After providing negative feedback the status of complaint remains closed and will go in well.
★★☆☆☆ After Imran khan Govt . This app is useless no one take action against any complaints I tried 7 times .
★★☆☆☆ It's been 6 hours and still unable to verify contact number, not receiving verification code even that number is active in the device.
