The bus icon is RARELY synced on the map with arrival times. Another morning sitting here with app indicating "your ride arrives momentarily," and the bus icon is 30 minutes away. Palm Beach County, we can do better!! The app is more convenient than the website as to scheduling. BUT, IT NEEDS AN UPDATE.

VERY buggy! Needs work! I loved the idea of having an app to schedule rides. It's a shame it doesn't work properly! Scheduled trips disappear. Trip double up! Be careful using the choice PICKUP TIME or ARRIVAL TIME. Always choice Arrival time or you'll miss appointments! I'm uninstalling this app until they fix it.

This new App is totally useless. If you have searched a second ID the app doesn't remember both. The previous App was tons better. Also, in the new App, the map is minute almost impossible to see, the information and details of the trip are not fully provided as well as before. In summary, how can this useless App was approved to substitute the previous one that worked much better.
