★★☆☆☆ Poor customer service, imagine paying for card delivery and as a business person I don't have an atm card, the courier services linked to the bank are so nonchalant, rude and yet still unhelpful, and I've to relay a serious compliant to an auto computer response. 2 weeks going 3 the courier said I should stop disturbing her that she's not feeling well 1st week, 2nd week she said she has not resumed work that am I disturbing her. This week called and was spoken too so rudely and then hunged up on

★★☆☆☆ I had no issues with the palm pay app but not until I decided to take a loan from their Flemish loan, I had no money to pay back, and it was pass my due date, I woke to see threats on my sms and I have a screenshots of these of terrible threats from Flemish saying they will use my picture for nudity (shameful pictures) and they threatened they will make family and I cry blood for ignoring them. I am really disappointed.
