★★☆☆☆ This is a terrible app from The double toothpicks. I do home care & needed to use this app at a patient's home. It was not clear that one must place a reserve of money in a Pango wallet before the payment goes through & commence the parking time. So I spent 15+ minutes trying to get the parking to start, as I had not realized the wallet reserve. It frustrates me & is wrong that Pango is keeping this money in holding. On the plus, you pay per minute but remember to stop at end. Chat helps.

★★☆☆☆ Tried to use this to park at Ferris State University. Would not let me add my PayPal no matter how many times I tried. What it would let me do is add $15 to my account to pay for what would be less than $3 in parking. So we gave up and left.
