Not customizable at all. Very difficult to log in and consistently logs us fully out. Tried to change pw, but it won't email us info to any email address we've ever had in the history of our existence. Definitely a long way to go for this. Most items are easy to enter manually... About 3/5 items will actually scan without an issue. If you start having any online sales, you should definitely upgrade to a regular website that you can modify and get into to make changes, etc., imo.

Can not Log in at all. I tried to do exactly what it says, and it does not send my new password to my email on file. I'm not sure if it works is I can't log in.

I was wrong to try and rejoin paparazzi LOL customer service is who knows nd this stupid app... The information you enter in there is stored forever! All your personal information is saved and cannot be removed deleted nothing if you don't want this app any more then too bad trying to remove any of that information bank info SSN. So hopefully you don't get taken advantage or cyber hacked because they don't care anyway. It's your freaking app, and you can't do anything about it. BS. Wild goose chase
