I cannot make in-app purchase for my child's account as Google Family Link does not allow managed accounts (age under 13) to subscribe with family payment method. Useless.

Why I can't sign up. No matter the method I choose it keep asking me to check my connection It is a sign-up not a video streaming why you need a high speed connexion for sign up. I couldn't access the app for days now ... That is so disappointing please fix it I heard great thing about your app

It's a very good app. But I would give it 5 stars if it worked with the s-pen on my son's Samsung tablet or even my phone, when drawing letters and numbers. Please consider adding this feature to your app, and I'll renew my subscription, otherwise, bye bye!

Charged twice for a single month. Still says not subscribed. Ive just tried to pay for a single month and the app has charged me TWICE and still says im not subscribed. Fix immediately and remedy a discount because I did not authorize two separate transactions as well as a terrible customer experience. That was all of my daughter's pocket money.
