I LOOOVE this game...been playing it for over five years. I love the visuals and how engaging it is. Sad bit though, I've started experiencing problems when I try to refresh saved games for quite a while now

The game has amazing graphics. But, it has issues. The elite buildings require a lot of crystals. Also, the lands are seriously expensive. Most of the tasks like the pyramid, the Michelson ridge require a lot of time. They have stages with various difficult and time consuming substages. The blueprints for making the super hotels are extremely hard to get. Crystals are hard to get. The crystal bank only generates 5 crystals in 1 day and one update with extreme amount of money increases it by 1 crystal!!!!

Game is far more focused on pop-ups that cost real money than actual gameplay. So many pop-ups. Like a painfully unreasonable amount of pop-ups.

I love the game, but it tells me I need to be level 6 to unlock the abandoned motorboat. I'm at level 23, so I'm not understanding why it's still locked for me. It's frustrating because I want to move on in the game and the answer is always, "do the quests from Naomi." Well Naomi's quests now require me to be level 25 but yet I'm still not getting passed something from LEVEL 6! At what point to I actually get help?
