★★★★★ Just downloaded this app and it won't open. Just keeps showing the loading circle. Even uninstalled and redownloaded, no luck. Update: Tech support was amazing and fixed my issue. Great app all around, will be using it all the time. Highly recommend!

★★☆☆☆ I created a ParentPal account. I subscribed and then I got the message that I still need a subscription??! Then, I figured it must be because the ParentPal email I used was not the Google account address. I created a new ParentPal account with my G account email and I got an error message that my "subscription expired"!!?! How can this be when I'm supposed to start my 14 free days?! This is absurd! Horrible scam of an app!

★★☆☆☆ How am I supposed to know if I even like the app if I can't see or demo it without a subscription? I shouldn't have to sign up for a trial that turns into a subscription without even seeing the app a single time.

★★☆☆☆ Subscribed to the free trial and then it doesn't let me continue to make an account in the app. Keep getting an error message. What a waste. Update: reinstalled twice and all kinds of login issues and won't let me continue past the entering my child's name.
