My ANC was included in the beta test, but the app failed to recognize my address. Wrote an email reporting the issue and got no response. Today I got another email that the app is available in my ANC so tried again. Still does not recognize the street address. Not sure how I'm supposed to get permits if their data is so bad.

One of the worst designed apps I've ever had to use. I need it only occasionally when I rent a car or friends request to park, we always struggle to make it work. I still got a ticket for a rented car I had correctly booked!

Profoundly dumb and dysfunctional! This app DOES work, but only in that classic DC bureaucratic sense—lower your expectations and be grateful for any positive outcome. You CAN generate visitor parking passes, but the way you do is SO UTTERLY UNINTUITIVE that you're best off calling the customer service line for a walk-through of the app. Just profoundly stupid.

OMG. Confusing, inoperable, frustrating. The "guides" and "tutorial" excel in vagueness and impracticality. I concluded the 'digital' aspect of the visitor parking isn't actually working yet but no one seems willing to outright say that. Terrible.
