★★★★★ This app is very easy to use. Also, if you make a mistake on where you park, you don't lose all your money. You just change the zone. You can do this when you walk away from your parked car like I did the other day. This is an app worth keeping on your phone if you are parking in Philadelphia, Penna. This is user-friendly.

★★★★★ I've had the app for a while now, something like 6–9 months, and I haven't had an issue until today. I tried to park at my university, and the app told me my payment isn't accepted. So I deleted my card and tried to add it back, and I keep getting "Bad Request." I paid for parking at the meter on the other end of the lot with the card that wasn't being accepted in the app and had no issue on that end. *updated* Thanks very much for the response and help in a timely manner!

★★☆☆☆ I downloaded this app to extend my parking time, but it's not giving me an option to extend the time that I originally purchased at a kiosk. The activity screen just shows an error and doesn't load. It charges you a "transaction fee" that you don't have to pay at the kiosk. It requires you to save a payment method but doesn't give you an option for 2FA to protect your data. Also, the Favorite Zones screen is blank and doesn't allow you to add new zones.

★★☆☆☆ After careful consideration, this app is worthless. Can't even receive an email to enroll. Clicked on it about 25 times and still no email. Way to go. How difficult would that be now? How are you supposed to use this app to Park if you can't even get an email back to be able to log in?? Document the issues and free parking I guess.
