This has to be the absolute worst bank the worst ap also. I have called customer service to have my pass word reset, and they said that they cannot do that !! Do you believe that!! They have put a hold on my card so that we can not get any money off the card nothing can't spend a dime of our money!!!! I have never seen anything like this in my life. We will be changing banks that is most definitely for sure. I do not recommend this bank or any card that is associated with it. Stay away!!
