★★☆☆☆ Poorly developed and buggy app, with non-existent customer support. A bunch of unnecessary procedures are needed in order to register, which they claim are required under greek law. There was no response to emails regarding my issues. I have installed and reinstalled this app on two different android devices and one iOS in order to be certain that the problems I've experienced were not phone related, but there's just no way around it. This app is full of bugs and glitches

★★☆☆☆ Completely useless, not connected to any banking system, so it's difficult to send money if you don't have an account in greek banks. If you have an account in greek bank it's you don't need it and the best: they charge you for getting a plastic card. Thank you clever germanarades. It's unfortunate that I can't rate your response and your behavior with 0 zero stars, very unfortunate. Off course that's your job to defend the germanarades.
