Does what it supposed to without making me feel bad for not reaching the set goals (I struggle with my mental health so sometimes don't make it past 2k steps in a day and then the app still praises me for having a "healthy day". That's very comforting)

So far it's worked well. Accurate step count. However, I don't like rating an app after only having ot for 3 days. So, we'll see.

I check the tracker 4-5x in a row, and the results are wildly different each time. It will tell me my stress level/hrv/energy is low, then high, then normal, then high or low again. My heart rate will be 101, then 56, then 89, then 61. The inconsistency is crazy. This app obviously doesn't work correctly I have no idea how it's rated so high in reviews
