All I got was an ad for motly fool. Couldn't even get into the app. Kept launching ad in chrome.

Not worth it, I was expecting the app to show me the kind of pelvic floor exercise to do for each day, but it only gives a timer

It has plans to do keel, and it notifies you to remember to do keel, but you can't determine when to notify. The app sends notifications whenever it wants. For me, It started to crash and not working properly from the day 8 or 9 of training.
