I got an auto loan with you all and want to set up auto-pay. It's giving me an error of "pretty-print/error bad request" where I can't add my external USAA account. All I want to do is hit auto-pay with you guys, so you can get your money on time, but nothing seems easy. Why can't I link an account and pay my bill? Why is my only option to pay with my pretty much nonexistent Pen Air checking account? Someone fixes this please. I know you guys likely use Medallia/Qualtrics, so please read this & fix
