★★☆☆☆ The application is useless, because if the date you booked suddenly the doctor is on leave, you are not geting a notification, you should still contact the hospital. And if on the date we book the doctor on leave or is unable to attend, and you already ordered a ticket to Pen ang, then you are required to walk-in. And walk-in queue is horrible if you want to see cardiologist. Even its hospital fault, they don't give you any help to reschedule your book to next day or contact you

★★☆☆☆ Appointment for follow up & LAPD, but when I come to the hospital the counter staff & nurse informed that your system only show online booking doesn't show got blood test. Please fix the problem, thank you.

★★☆☆☆ I didn't receive any code verification at all, please fix it...and I've tried several times, but it's still the same.please give another option for verification code through email or WhatsApp
