Just started using this app but so far it's been really easy and straightforward. Love that Belle is already an included feature.

App is always down, and you can not view all of your transactions on all of your accounts. Needs another app to pair with it to see additional account info. It's probably the worst banking app I have ever used. On top of that the other app is always down as well. Defeats the purpose of online banking when I have to either call or go in to find out certain things.

The app crashes immediately upon opening, making it entirely unusable. I've tried turning the device off and on, uninstalling/reinstalling, even a factory reset of the device didn't help. I will be closing my account with this bank, despite being a member for 5 years, as the ability to quickly check my accounts is important. I wish you all the best of luck with this broken app.

Can't access both accounts anymore. Emails aren't sent until the next day, after overdraft charges hit. Never did get text or app notifications. I've spent a fortune on overdraft fees trying to rely on this app.

Seem like every other week I change my password. One week, it works just fine. And that very next week you randomly get kicked out. That means time to change your password. I get a password reset every year. But every 2 to 4 weeks?
