★★★★★ I am still exploring the new app, so I will update the review once I know it better. 1. The main current account screen only shows a limited number of transactions. In order to see more you have to press the pink text "All transactions". Once you do that you have access to all your transactions organized by month. Very nice indeed, it deserves some sort of prize! Shame it took me so long to figure out how to get there. 2. Most of the mail history has disappeared since moving to the new app!

★★☆☆☆ What a terrible app and a terrible service. After the last uodae to Trade the app ask for new commissions without any worning. I asked to talk with a manager, and they closed my case. Stay away!!!!

★★☆☆☆ One of the worst apps I've ever seen. I had Pepper account in the past, but probably uninstalled it due to lack of service. Trying to reconnect with my old password yield "General error" with no further information. Tried to log in from scratch - couldn't make it beyond the ID scanning step. Scanning keeps on failing, with no indicative error message. No option for help from within the app. Seems like someone built this app many years ago, and then just forgot about it

★★☆☆☆ Open banking protocol doesn't work, same story with bank transfer. Payment updates are slower than before, and the new trading up really doesn't live up to its predecessor. What's the point of a digital bank if you can't use its app? Better switch to one zero Edit Digital banking now works, the bank transfer still doesn't. The sync with leumi trade, which now became the default trading app tasks at least 3 days. So if you buy a stock it takes days for your balance to update.

★★☆☆☆ Awful customer service I have been waiting on the phone for more than 30 minutes to talk with a bank worker, so I can understand why it charged me twice on the same purchase because their bot chat doesn't have that question in one of their premade questions
