Hey everyone, to get this to work you'll need to use an older android version, I used my old Samsung phone, this will allow the network to show up when you're setting it up. After it's set up you can use your normal phone to manage the JQ-300, took me 3 hours to find this loophole. Enjoy.

The app works if you give it location permissions, otherwise it can't see the Wi-Fi SID. Please fix! Works well and... Error messages are in Chinese which didn't help when there were problems creating my account (had to screenshot a toast to translate it which isn't easy) Would like to see integrations for this product into IFTTT and voice control apis. I like the fact that you can baseline temperature, so it's adjustable 😊 Calibrating the device isn't intuitive. Some help about this needed

Though I have dual-band router and clearly can see 2.4Ghz network on Wi-Fi analyzer - this app cant see it. Totally useless app and the device.

Okay so I got it to work because I used an old Asus phone that runs in android 5 or 6. Also, I changed my Wi-Fi name to all english characters and password to 12345678 this seems to be the secret in making this device work

Appalling app probably written by a 5-year-old. Will not allow you to log in or set up sensor. Password reset procedure foes nothing. Registered with multiple email addresses......!!!! WILL NOT WORK HOPLESS... YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES
