Staff exceptional, very helpful and kind. Only downside was pool towels Only available between 2 and 6pm and could only be changed once daily, not pleasant to be unable to get a fresh towel if you swim frequently.

I went to check in online, and the app could not find my reservation. It asked me to speak to a human, if I wanted to speak to a human I would have gone straight to the reception. I would love an app for a hotel, which would allow me to do everything without ever having to speak to anyone. Your phone should be your room key, able to control the heating system in the room, these should be integrated with Alexa or Google.

Terrible app, totally useless. Tried to book a pousada, crushed all the time. Then, when I finally booked a pousada online with my Pestana loyalty number, the app would not update my bookings. I use multiple hotel apps, this is by far the worse. To add insult to injury when we did check in at the Pousada their system was offline.
