The most pathetic software in terms of user management, customer service and operation. Took 10–15 days for integrating. Most confusing software I have ever used. Not user-friendly at all. Their weekends are closed so don't expect your work to be done within less than a week. Communication among the pet pooja employees and departments is pathetic too. It's been 1 days I have taken this software and until now it has not finished integration. I will definitely not recommend it.

App feature and service are nice but fake in commitment. They will make all false commitment to sell their products. I was told during purchase, rental at 6000 all-inclusive next year and 10000 for rental and captain app and now after 1 yr they asking 8000+gst for rental and 13000+gst for rental and captain app. Any commitment made by them should be in written as they don't stand on their words. At 8000 price we are getting captain app also for free from other companies.
