There selection of products for rats and other small animals is limited, but what's on it is good quality. There selection of kitten and adult cats bed is limited as well! Also, it's impossible to leave a review on a product, and there are only reviews of some products, not all of them, which you wouldn't expect 🤔 but it's a handy shop to have locally! You have made it very difficult to leave a review! It's really annoying 😑

What is going on with pets at home suppose to have order last week now this weekend, now no tracking number so no order and no way of finding out where it is this is a regular subscription, not 1st time I've had trouble, but my patience is waring thin!.....

I ordered 3 bags of cat litter 17th January 2025 1 bag of Danica Classic Marsella Soap Scent Cat Litter 10 Liter, 2 bags of Pets at Home Lightweight Non-Clumping Cat Litter 20L 20 Liter, I received only 2 bags of pet at home lightweight non-clumping cat litter 20L and one of the bags damaged. I haven't received a bag of Danica classic marsella soap scent cat litter 10L.

Pets card works. Vouchers work. But if I try and check out to buy things online it won't let me hit the proceed to pay button. Close down to start again and basket empties. Online chat woman was useless to. No help whatsoever. Got fed up and didn't bother.
