Revised after problem fixed. Required update to be uninstalled and password reset from p2u. However, had to phone 2nd time for that. New app was broken. I had to re register whole account, and still despite me putting my surgery in 3 times it would not recognize it and defaulted to a different surgery, so I cannot re-order my prescription Have previously uses p2u app with no problems for a number of years

Didn't particularly like the old app, but the update doesn't work - it has obviously been pushed out too soon, and we've all become beta version testers - I get the never ending circle of doom when I touch the Prescriptions button 🥴 I take it all back-the developers sorted the problem really quickly. Still getting to grips with the new app but customer service is excellent over the phone, helping me add another patient and overcoming a duplication issue which prevented meds from showing.

The new app is not user-friendly at all, so much more complicated, please change back to old app, am I considering looking for another app to order my medication from now on

The UX on the latest update is terrible. It is clunky and long-winded, the prescriptions page takes several minutes to load and once you have made a prescription order it takes ages to update, so you are never really sure if the order has gone through until a few hours later. I can see that they keep replying to reviews saying the latest update was to improve user experience etc-judging by every other reviewer of the update they should perhaps have a rethink.
