Cloud storage is working now. Great experience with Philips cameras, but the monthly price is very high. Please reduce it to Rs. 100/- as for common tax paying man 200/- is very high for a single camera. Since only events are stored in cloud Rs 200/- it is very high. Please, it is an earnest request to make per camera Rs. 100/- per month.

HSP 3800 OUTDOOR CCTV CAM, 1. On LIVE feed frame CAM position should be LOCKED while ZOOM IN, when you pinch to zoom in, finger touched the edges of live feed frame, it goes to reverse direction, due to sudden movement of cam in reverse direction suspicious gets alert while Zoom in. 2. Scrolling Previous and Next buttons should be in FULL SCREEN mode, the video footage scrolling we move to previous screen every time, which is time-consuming and nagging. Please fix these two things in the app.

Found one issue though-even after turning it off in the app, the LED lights on the canera is getting tunred on at times. Also, the latest update claim that the cloud storage feature is now available while the option is still disabled in the app Response to Philips: Once you remove the device you need to reset the device before adding it again. The reset will restore the values to default

After recent update I am seeing a lot of lag issues and camera freeze.Also, it frequently gets disconnected from the internet. One weird observation even after turning off motion tracking and setting default position the camera sometimes goes to extreme left and stays there until manually intervened.

I bought it, and it works 1 year in good condition but now facing problem from last 1 and half month. Because of Retrieving issues can't see live. Not getting events Eben my interned speed is good 112 or 113 But still facing issue

Camera is not good. The product does not support event or movement based recording on SD card if internet connectivity is down. Customer care says this offline recording is not a supported feature. This information is not published on the product page. Navigation is a pain in the app. Can't delete all events No options for automation based on events. Navigating through continuous recording is pain full. There is no 2x 4x option only skip 30 sec
