★★★★★ BEST PHOTO EDITOR EVER! Name it this ap can do it. It is also free but has a small watermark in the right corner. Edits more than one picture of the same photo together. Take a chance on this photo editor won't be disappointed.

★★★★★ I love all the options, not all of them are free, but there's a lot more free selections than any other apps I've used like this, & there's also no ads at all. The only complaint I have is when making a collage, trying to zoom without rotating is irritatingly difficult af. There should be an option to fit/fill the pic to the frame like other apps have, if there was one I couldn't find it. Also, not having the blue frame around ur selection in collage mode. It blocks the background.

★★☆☆☆ Everything that Photoshop is supposed to be has completely been erased from existence. They say they moved the Photoshop fix tools to this app but either they're behind the paywall or adobe is just lying. For whatever reason be it greed or just general stupidness, this is the worst thing they have done in a while.

★★☆☆☆ I downloaded Adobe Photoshop Express expecting it to be at least comparable to Adobe Photoshop. I wanted to use a simple select tool to select someone's face and cut it to run a filter on. You can't do that. You cannot cut and select portions/colors of pictures or layer images on this app. This app is for editing selfies.
